Dalgety Square Property Services is a small family business owned by Jack and Julia Spencer.  They acquired the Management Rights for Dalgety Square in early 1999 and have fulfilled the roles of Property Manager and Caretaker Building Manager ever since. 

All this time they have endeavoured and, judging by the commendations and references that they have received from many of the owners and residents, have been successful in managing the complex as the owners would like it managed; that is, in a way that enhances the complex’s presentation and improves the value of all the units in Dalgety Square.

Julia is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW for nearly 20 years and has gained vast experience and expertise in all areas of Property Management and Sales of Real Estate.  She and her team provide full Real Estate service to all who would require any real estate services, be it selling or leasing, especially at Dalgety Square.

The Management team have comprehensive knowledge of the building and its history.  Jack and Julia have been members of the Executive Committee since the inception of the Owners Corporation.   Other experienced staff have also been with the company for many years. Michael Giuliano, the Building Manager, apart from ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the building, has been involved in the successful liaison and co-ordination of the various bodies that are involved in the defects claim for the last seven years, working closely with the Executive Committee.

It is with this comprehensive knowledge, professionalism and integrity that Julia and the team have been able to reassure prospective purchasers of their purchases of properties in the complex being successful investments and/or residences.  Julia successfully negotiated over 98% of all properties sold in Dalgety Square in the last 10 years. She has been able to achieve the best possible price for the vendors.
