Dalgety Square

Julia Chan Spencer was born and educated in Hong Kong, where she gained extensive business management experience before moving to Sydney in the mid-1980s. She became a licensed Real Estate Agent, and with over 20 years experience in Sutherland Shire, City and Eastern Suburbs real estate, she has acquired a deep understanding of the legislation, social and economic trends that influence, shape and govern Sydney’s fluctuating property market.

In early 1999 Julia became the resident manager of perhaps Ultimo’s most iconic heritage building – the former Farmers & Graziers wool store now known as ‘Dalgety Square’ – where she and her friendly Dalgety Square Property Services team provide management services to the building’s owner-residents, lessees and investors.

Julia has sold many of the apartments that have been listed in Dalgety Square. With her honesty, professionalism and strong negotiating skills she has achieved premium results for her clients. Her assistance and advice on presentation for sale, together with regular, informative communication, enable her continually to exceed her vendors’ expectations.

Her comprehensive expertise in all aspects of the functioning of Dalgety Square, combined with her extensive local knowledge, Julia has had equal success in persuading prospective buyers to have confidence in their decision to purchase an apartment, either as their main residence or as an investment.

Julia’s warm and genuine personality has gained her a reputation for achieving stress free sales with excellent results for both vendors and purchasers. As for the residents, whatever the need may be, Julia will be there.
